Working with Hammock Dunes® Private Community, Allora will be designing and building million-dollar plus homes in an estate-cluster arrangement, along with being involved in the design and construction of housing units in the community’s beachfront neighborhoods. All homes will feature Mediterranean influences. Several homes are between 4,000 to 9,000 square feet. With elaborate exteriors and intricate interiors, each home features lush appointments and extensive architectural detail. Allora has also designed The Creek Course Clubhouse- a 5,000 square foot golf course clubhouse facility for a new 18-hole golf course designed by Rees Jones.
