Allora Chosen To Build Equestrian Cottages At Cliffs

Greenville, SC – Allora, LLC has been chosen to build 33 equestrian cottages in a sophisticated mountain vernacular at The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards in Sunset, South Carolina. Designed to have either a second-floor or walkout basement, each cottage will adapt to its site. Square footages will range from 2,000 to 2,800 sq. ft.
As part of the program, Allora will design and build a model home. This model will be one of three archetypes that create six different cottage offerings. Construction is slated to begin in March 2004.
