Greenville, SC – Allora, LLC has promoted Curtis Jerkins to Chief Operating Officer and Laura Painter to Accounting Manager. Jonathan Hyman joins the firm as an Intern Architect.
Curtis is an accomplished construction professional whose expertise includes managing projects, improving operations, team building and strategic planning. His twenty-plus years of experience as a subcontractor and builder, coupled with twelve years experience in construction management, strengthens the Allora organization.
As Accounting Manager for Allora, Laura works directly with clients and vendors, along with handling accounts payable and receivable. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and possesses 15+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
A Clemson University graduate, Jonathan holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture Design, a Master of Architecture Degree, and a Master of City and Regional Planning Degree. Jonathan brings experience in commercial, educational, mixed-use, and town center design, as well as experience in planning and preservation. He is an Associate member of the AIA, a member of the Urban Land Institute, and is a US Green Building Council LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Accredited Professional. As Intern Architect for Allora, Jonathan handles custom residential projects, multi-family residential projects, and land planning.
