Brewer has 15 years in manufacturing and corporate management positions, as well as 5+ years of direct, hands-on residential homebuilding in the high-end speculative market. Licensed for residential and commercial building, he also holds a degree in Industrial Management. As a former North Carolina Quality Leadership Award Examiner, Skip focuses on the entire process of delivering a quality product to the client.
With more than twelve years of experience in construction, Eldridge has built 100 homes and designed 200 more. With a Bachelors degree in Design and Masters in Architecture from Clemson University, Julie's hands-on approach is detail oriented, and she uses her unique perspective and strong understanding of the design/build concept to guide her projects and educate clients throughout the construction process.
Michael Ticknor will act as Assistant Project Manager on the Cliffs of Glassy project in South Carolina. Laurie Green will concentrate on projects in Cliffs Valley and Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, while Robert Hatten will handle projects for the Allora, LLC office in Palm Coast, FL.
