Greenville, S.C. – Greenville-based Allora, LLC – specialists in custom architectural design, construction and planning of single-family and multi-family developments – has stamped its signature of ‘luxury design’ on several high profile developments throughout upstate SC and western NC in recent months.
Most recently, Allora unveiled the architectural concept and design for “155 Broad” –
a new luxury condominium project in downtown Spartanburg, SC, whose construction should be completed in 2008. The first project of its kind in downtown Spartanburg, the 74,100 square foot mixed-use development encompasses retail, on-site parking and 48 condominium units overlooking a private courtyard.
Allora also recently completed the architectural design for The Fitzgerald — a 24-unit luxury condominium located next to the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC, that will be completed by 2008. Allora also provided the interior architectural concept and design for the Field House at the West End, located adjacent to the Greenville Drive Baseball stadium in downtown Greenville. The 40-unit residential project with one-
and two-bedroom flats will be completed by the end of May 2007.
“Allora is utilizing our knowledge and experience in land planning, design, architecture and construction to develop luxury residential projects and to help increase the marketability of multi-family developments,” says Bill Santerini, CEO of Allora, LLC. “We have really elevated our presence in the multi-family segment after spending many years focused primarily on single-family custom homes.”
Allora also designed the condominium floor plans for the “Terrace at RiverPlace” – downtown Greenville’s first true mixed-use building, which is located in the RiverPlace development. To be completed in late summer 2007, the “Terrace at RiverPlace” includes 27 two-and three-bedroom residences, office and retail space and overlooks the RiverPlace Fountain and the Reedy River.
In 2006, Allora designed and developed “155 RiverPlace,” a four-story 24-condominium development that was part of RiverPlace’s first phase of development.
