Allora, LLC Designs and Develops Luxury Condominiums at the Grove Park Inn

Greenville, SC & Asheville, NC – Allora, LLC, specialists in architectural design, construction, planning and development, announces their involvement with The Fitzgerald, a 24-unit luxury condominium project adjacent to The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in Asheville, NC.
The three-story building’s construction began in September 2007. Allora is providing architectural and development services for the project and is working with another Greenville, SC company, Triangle Construction, to complete the project. Two- and three- bedroom residences are available, ranging from 1,969 to 2,843 square feet and all of them include a Grove Park Inn amenity package with golf, dining, fitness and spa services. Although construction of the condominiums is not complete, only 14 units remain available for purchase and range in price from $1.3 to $1.9 million. The residences are easily accessible to the popular downtown area and will showcase views of the mountains.
