William Santerini Chosen for Liberty Fellowship Class of 2010

Greenville, SC – Allora, LLC, specialists in architectural design, construction, planning and development, announces the inclusion of William Santerini in Liberty Fellowship’s class of 2010.
Santerini, Allora’s chief executive officer, was chosen from a large pool of nominees to participate in the Liberty Fellowship. The program offers prominent South Carolina leaders the opportunity to exchange ideas with other young executives through a series of seminars. Liberty Fellowship seeks to enrich South Carolina’s young leaders by reinforcing the importance of strong leadership, without losing sight of personal and moral values.
A graduate of University of South Carolina, Santerini received his M.B.A. from St. Johns University in New York City. In New York, he worked at Cantor Fitzgerald as a Fixed Income Trader. In 1994, he returned to South Carolina and co-founded Donald A. Gardner Builders, Inc., helping to launch Allora, LLC in 2002. As CEO of Allora, LLC, Bill focuses on strategic planning, land acquisitions, financial management, investment research, and loan and contract negotiations for the firm. Bill is a member of the Young President’s Organization, The Urban Land Institute and a Member of the President’s Advisory Board for the Greenville Hospital System.
